My go to beauty products

When doing a diet, a workout or beauty ritual, the body gets used to it and adapts, so maintaining a unique routine fails to have the same effects that we achieved at the beginning. For me this is a basic premise in skin care. That is why I consider that varying the products I use helps me obtain the necessary effect to maintain a healthy skin.
I usually choose a product, which I use completely, and then look for a different option within the same standards. This is one of the most important things when choosing my basic skin care: use good products. I always look for them to have the highest quality and the technology to penetrate the skin, that way I get all the benefits of its ingredients.
Another consideration I always have in mind is that you must adapt according to the place and the moment where you are. The needs of your skin change depending on the season, your routine or even your hormone cycle. For example, I travel a lot,
and this is a factor that I have very present when choosing my skincare products, because the environment of the plane and the environmental changes make my skin a lot dryer. In my case, living in Miami, the change of environment and temperature
is a very important factor to consider. Usually the weather is very humid or hot, but when entering an establishment, it is very cold. Sudden changes in temperature are affect the skin the most, causing dryness and open pores.
My skin is mixed, and I particularly love to have a stunning glow. I like seeing my skin hydrated and illuminated, so I am constantly monitoring its state and applying certain products depending on what my skin asks me. At certain times I use
a combination to give it a hydration boost, or I combine certain products when my skin is sprouted.

TONICS
TEOXANE RHA Prime Solution Prep Cleansing Solution
This is the tonic I use the most, it has been one of my basics for a long time. You can use it day or night, it is super fresh, and I love the smell. It is made with rose water and gently cleanses the skin eliminating all impurities for a fresh, clean and flawless complexion.
Lotion P50 1970 Biologique Recherche
It is a French exfoliating tonic that also moisturizes and balances the pH of the skin, all at once. This is ideal for exfoliating and getting a deeper cleanse when I have a slightly more congested face. It is super good because it has salicylic acid.
FACIAL CLEANSERS
Neostrata Foaming Glycolic Facial Cleanser
I use it more at night or if I have a sprouted face. It’s ideal for a deep cleaning and I really like it because it has Glycolic.
Obagi-C C-Cleansing Gel with Vitamin C
I love this Cleansing Gel; I use it in the morning because it gives me an incredible glow. It contains vitamin C that helps you maintain healthy and radiant skin. And it’s amazing to brighten your complexion!
SkinCeuticals Glycolic Renewal Cleanser
I also recommend it because it has glycolic acid. It is a friendly cleanser, ideal for mixed skin and gives you a moisturizing sensation combined with a very gentle cleansing.
MOISTURIZING SPRAY
ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Rose Hydro-Mist
I love this! You can use it all the time, when you are at the beach or want to refresh your makeup. When I travel, I use it a lot, to avoid landing with a dehydrated face. It gives you a hydration boost and a refreshing and luminous appearance.

SUNSCREEN
HELIOCARE 360º Gel Oil-Free SPF 50
I love this sunscreen because it not only gives you coverage for sun exposure, but it also protects you from indoor light, computer screens, etc. I love using the one that has a little color, so I can go without makeup with a more natural look for every day.
EltaMD UV Clear Broad- Spectrum SPF 46
My other option in sun protection is this one, it has a light and oil-free formula that protects the skin from sunlight. Highly recommended for people with sensitive skin.
These are some of my basics for skin care. As I commented in this post, I always include preventive treatments and a facial cleansing every three weeks to ensure that these products penetrate the skin in an extraordinary way and give me the best results.
